Senior Manager, General Fleet
With over 20 years of dedicated service at ABS, Sonia Allen has risen through the ranks from a title and registration processor to her current role as Senior Fleet Division Manager. Leading nine teams, Sonia excels in managing bulk work and efficiently meeting the needs of fleets of all sizes. Her expertise and commitment ensure top-notch service for our clients. Outside of work, Sonia's life revolves around her faith and family. She cherishes every moment spent with her grandsons, making the most of her time away from the office.

Senior Manager, Fleet Management
Sarah Penny is the Fleet Division Quality Manager. Sarah started with ABS in 2016 as a title and registration processor and quickly moved up to Account Manager, overseeing the second largest team in her division. In early 2021 Sarah took on the role of Assistant Manager, Fleet Division and eventually gained the title of Quality Manager while overseeing the quality and training in her division. Outside of work she has a deep passion for her family as a homemaker and spends most of her time in the garden with her chickens.
Jenny Carr
Processing & Quality Manager, General Fleet
Jenny started with ABS as a title clerk in 2009 with no prior knowledge in this industry and worked her way up by managing various customer accounts ranging from individual title & registration processing to maintaining large company fleet accounts including title & registration, registration renewals, permits & DOT compliance requirements. Some favorite aspects of her career include gaining invaluable knowledge working with DMVs across the USA and working directly with drivers transporting vehicles through our sister company, ATC Driveaway and assisting with title & registration processing in route with deliveries. Jenny loves her ABS family and the friendships gained over the years. When not at work, she loves spending time with family and being outside, enjoying nature and all its beauty.
